We are looking to recruit an Account Executive who will play a major part in achieving our commercial goals in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic, competitive, and hunter type mind-set who’ll fit right in a young and ambitious team. In this role you will be taking on the challenge to convert, activate & cultivate local hotel chains, travel management companies and other prospects who are a match to our leading products. Simultaneously you’ll grow our supply footprint across the region to match the needs of the travelers through commercial partnerships with local & national mobility partners.

You’ll report to our General Manager for Central Europe. We’re remote first, but proximity to your marketplace will be important as you are expected to meet, gather and work directly with our team & partners.

Key responsibilities:

Explore - Identify and qualify new business and supply partners for Karhoo's marketplace


Present & Build - Schedule calls with key decision makers, meet where needed, pitch our proposition and move them through the sales pipeline


Activate - Ensure an accurate, rapid, and satisfying onboarding experience for your business & supply partners


Cultivate - as partners begin to trade on our marketplace you ensure that they receive and present optimal yield, quality & performance levels


Implement - Collaborate with team to set-up workstreams & sales strategies that nurture supply acquisition velocity and hit-rate


Key Skills & Experience:

Commercial Acumen - Experience in building/closing a book of business

Will to Win - Ownership and perseverance in achieving goals (quitting isn’t an option and you do what it takes to overcome and push through setbacks and obstacles).

Quick Learner - Ability to quickly process new information and draw on existing knowledge to apply to new situations

Language - Must speak English and German
